Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar over the last 40 years, he has established non-profit organizations that recognize human identity beyond the boundaries of gender, race, nationality, and religion. The meditation technique introduced by Sri Sri, is backed by research and implemented in schools, corporations, prisons, refugee camps, and retreat centers worldwide. Lata Patel

RN, BSN, MBA

Lata Patel brings 25 years of diverse experience in the field of nursing, She has gone through various specialties including pediatrics, transplants, intermediate cardiac care, and case management. Ultimately she took up a managerial role in Utilization Management (UM), where she led a dedicated team of over 35 nurses.
Her journey into the realm of Holistic Wellness began in 2003 with the Art of Living Part 1 and Part 2 courses.  She became involved in Healing Breaths as a team leader during the pandemic.

Lata Patel

RN, BSN, MBA

Sharon has been a professor of academic dentistry since 2003, when she joined Nova Southeastern University and became the Founding Chair of the Department of Prosthodontics. She has authored over 35 peer reviewed articles, and 5 Book Chapters. She has lectured internationally on osteoporosis and women’s health issues, and has conducted research and published extensively in the field of dental cutting.
She is the 2015 winner of the Lucy Hobbs Taylor Award from the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD), holds a patent on a dental device (2000), and has implemented an elective course on student wellbeing for first year and fourth year dental students at Nova. . She is the principal investigator on a research study that surveyed the effects of a practice of wellbeing course on students’ emotional wellbeing. The preliminary results were presented at the American Association of Dental Education in March 2022.
Dr Siegel was certified in 2021 as a Sky Campus Wellness Coach and certified in October 2022 as a Breathwork expert and Meditation Instructor. She currently teaches and leads breathwork and meditation practices for healthcare practitioners as a Healing Breaths instructor.

Lata Patel

RN, BSN, MBA

Shankar Panchavati has a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and currently works as a Management Consultant for Texas Instruments.
He has been a passionate advocate of safety and wellbeing from a very young age. He was part of the Emergency Safety First Responder Team for Texas Instruments from 2000-2012 and subsequently, as a Project Manager. Additionally,he has helped achieve the SHELL-PDO safety target of Goal ZERO with no injuries over a 3 year span.
He experienced the magic of breathing meditation in 1995, which helped him manage teams across 3 continents with little to no sleep while taking care of his own wellbeing. He wanted to share the ways of self-care with the community at large, using natural techniques that are easy to access.
He is one of the three founding members of the Art of Living Houston Chapter. Shankar has since been active with the foundation in various roles from volunteering to supporting, organizing to teaching, across diverse communities.

Lata Patel

RN, BSN, MBA

Maria Andrea Forero is an International Relations graduate (2012), from Bogotá, Colombia. She has worked in the private sector in education and environment, and in the city government supporting international cooperation projects for the transport sector.
She has been an Art of Living teacher since 2017. She is also a trained instructor of restorative yoga. In 2016 she spent 5 months at the Art of Living International Center in Bangalore, taking advanced courses and volunteering. When she returned to Colombia, she worked full time for Art of Living for a year and is currently a teacher part-time.
