For most HCPs compassion fatigue and burnout has risen exponentially in the last few years. Which begs the question of how to take care of ourselves, while also attending to the needs of others. In this session, we will review various stress management techniques allowing us to tap into our innate expression of empathy and kindness.
Dealing with Loss and Grief

During the recent pandemic, the medical community has faced enormous losses. The emotions surrounding loss can be overwhelming and difficult to face. During this one-hour session, we will explore effective techniques promoting healthy grieving and healing.
How to deal with being overworked?

Overworked, understaffed, longer hours, more rules and regulations, increased stress levels – this is the new reality we are experiencing in the post COVID environment. In this one-hour session, we will explore new ways of dealing with the current situation, not by changing our circumstances, but instead learn to tap into our inherent resilience and explore new ways to increase our energy.
