Tom Mitchell, DC

has been teaching breath-based meditation for more than 25 years. He formerly served as President of the NCCA and currently serves on the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Sharon C. Siegel, DDS, MS, MBA

is currently serving as faculty and Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine since 2003. She was certified in 2021 as a SKY wellness coach.
